This course is non-refundable.
As a Certified Bob Ross Instructor®, I provide guidance and instruction in the wet-on-wet oil painting technique and do not guarantee results or outcomes as they rely upon the learner's participation in the course.
The participants are responsible for learning the techniques and applying them to create a happy little oil painting!
“Do not expect perfection when learning, as painting is an acquired skill and through practice, you continue achieving better results. Give yourself the grace to have happy little accidents and learn from them, as the rest is up to you to continue practicing to improve your skills.”
As an art instructor for oil painting, I strive to provide guidance and instruction that prioritizes safety and wellbeing. However, it is important to understand that oil painting, like any artistic endeavour, carries inherent risks. Therefore, by participating in my classes or following my instructions, you acknowledge and accept the following:
1.Health Risks: Oil painting involves the use of various materials, including solvents, pigments, and mediums, which may pose health risks if not handled properly. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety by following all recommended safety guidelines, including proper ventilation, use of protective gear, and safe handling of materials.
2.Personal Responsibility: While I will provide guidance and instruction to the best of my ability, each participant is ultimately responsible for their own actions and decisions. I cannot guarantee individual outcomes or prevent accidents or mishaps that may occur during the painting process.
3.Allergies and Sensitivities: Some individuals may have allergies or sensitivities to certain materials used in oil painting. Participants are encouraged to take appropriate precautions to avoid exposure to potential allergens.
4.Equipment and Property: Participants are responsible for ensuring the proper use of any equipment or materials in the class and I am not liable for any damage to personal property or injuries resulting from the use of such equipment.
5.Medical Concerns: Participants with pre-existing medical conditions should consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in oil painting or any other art-related activities. It is important to consider any physical limitations or medical concerns that may affect participation in the class.
6.By attending my classes or following my instructions, you agree to release me from any liability for accidents, injuries, or other mishaps that may occur during the course of the class. While I will make every effort to provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience, participation is at your own risk. If you have any questions or concerns about safety or health issues, please feel free to contact me at tracey@paintwithtlc.ca.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
